Aditya's E-mall

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Aditya's E-mall.

Returns

• Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
• Please report damage at the time of delivery or installation, with photos if possible.
• The product must be unused, with the original box, accessories and invoice.
• Installed large appliances (AC, refrigerator, washing machine) are handled through the brand's service centre as per warranty.

Not returnable

• Products damaged by misuse, wrong installation by others, or physical damage after delivery.
• Opened software, earphones and personal care products, unless defective.

Refunds

• Once the return is approved, the refund is processed within 7 working days to the original payment method, or in cash/bank transfer for cash on delivery orders.
